Didn’t read through 12 pages but what type of performance were you after with this purchase? Sounds like you didn’t do any research..

I have been fortunate to spend a lot of time driving some of the most advanced and fastest shifting transmissions in street legal vehicles, and I still love daily driving my Tacoma.

sure, you can’t stick cruise control on at 80 with the AT and go up a hill without it revving to the moon, but that’s part of the charm. It’s an engaging experience even with the AT.

 

That's why it should be the right foot. Can't notice the poor performance if you can't press the skinny pedal down.
