didn’t know he finally retired, good for him! It’s worth the drive to head up there and get a good alignment. Can also hit up stokes after to make it worth the trip too

 

We’re in Stone Harbor. While sitting outside we witnessed a line of 20-30 lights in a straight line moving through the sky at 21:00 hr. Just off the handle of the Big Dipper. They disappeared directly overhead.

A friend of ours does own a mushroom farm in West Grove but my entire family witnessed this. Some are saying Starlink… who knows

 

Hello Jersey brethren. I finally got around to working on my truck after it broke again at the coal mine cruiser classic. Turns out the intermediate shaft on the passenger side of the diff twisted and bent. All the bolts were tight it was nothing I did wrong. I think it was allready slightly tweaked when I put it back together the first time and did not notice the damage so it was allready compromised I am happy to figure it out and start the rebuild process to get it ready for Fall Crawl at Gore Virginia in October. When the carnage happened the force of the axle breaking must have wacked my Radflo coilover on that side because the shaft is bent. So I have the diff out and both coilovers out for rebuilding parts are on the way from Radflo. I do need a new intermediate shaft for the diff if anyone has one- Mike? I will try and post some pics from my phone. When I do get it fixed I would like to give it a shakedown in the pines and flex it out and test it if anyone is interested in getting a local trail ride going.

 

I saw them too having a bonfire near Salem. Its a new train of star link satellites

 

Was it green?

I have an intermediate shaft and tube but no stub shaft. Is it the stub you need?

 

No. It was apparently a line of Starlink satelites from what others have told me

 

Ah timing doesn't line up either. My wife said she saw a green light floating in the sky on the way home from the pines, I never got to ask her more about it though.

Speaking of the pines, got both rigs out and did some fam camping this weekend.

Seen something like it a few weeks ago from my house... but it was not that many lights... Maybe 8-10.

 

Apparently they launch satellites regularly and they're only visible like that until they start their ascent to their final orbit distance

 

My 1st thought

 

To the red 1st gen with an unfinished welded aluminum bumper on 295 south around exit 10 at 3:45... You have some gnarly wheel hop on you rear passenger tire

 

Anyone have a good way to remove broken off bolts from the frame (skid plates mounts) other than drilling them out?

 

Depending on their depth, welding a nut. It's basically how I tackle and snapped stud or bolt anymore. If it's flush it's relatively easy to do. If it's inset and you have no way to get a nut and mig torch in there your next best bet is drilling the whole thing out, welding a nut and a plate with a bigger bolt to wherever you are trying to go to.

 

Do you guys know about this place in Jersey? My brother is using it to install his lift kit on his Lexus truck.

Does anyone have experience here, good or bad? I’d love to hear about it.
