3rz random no start need help

I don't know about Tacomas, I know it does on an '06 Mustang... seems like a probable scenario, given what you were doing. I've heard the fuel pump in my truck come on at random times with no provocation.

 

My trucks not starting

I let Buzz Kill Jill, aka my mom, take the truck to get some grain and it won’t start. Solid crank no start.

I’m leaning towards Fuel Pump. I noticed that lately under full throttle it would have a light pulsing, almost like it’s getting inconsistent fuel pressure. That and the fact it has almost 340k on it now.

All ignition, coils to plugs, are new OEM less than 3k on them.

Any additional suggestions, I haven’t done any diagnosing yet.

They ate though the spark plug wires

 

That was some easy diagnosing

All back together and running. If they chew up these fresh Sumitomo’s I’m going to be pissed.
