I have a 2021 TRD OFF ROAD I just purchased pre owned. First Toyota I’ve owned. I was told it has a lift. An I’m trying to figure out what size tire I can fit. And if someone can help what size lift they believe I have. Thank you

Welcome! So you certainly don't have a stock suspension as I can see the Fox shocks. You need to determine how much of a lift you have by looking at the shocks closer and doing some research. Also you need to figure out what offset the wheels are. This will all play into what you can fit. Typically people are trying to get to 33's which are 285's. You can also look in the sticky's section there is a whole post about what sizes you can fit.

There is a section on suspension in this forum where are you should start reading, you’re very quickly figure out how to answer your own question

Yes, you have a lift, part numbers should help you figure out what you have as a starting point.

    Welcome to TW.
Looks like you have a fox suspension/ lift.
Can't tell if that's just a puck/spacers lift or if it has adjustable coil springs on the front and need better pics of the leaf pack on the rear to see if any extra leaves were installed.
I will say, it appears to be a 2 inch lift, wheels appear to be 17 inches and the tire looks to be a bf Goodrich. Maybe a 32 or 33. That's the biggest you can go.

Second pick looks like 285/75/16s so you've already got 33s on there. You're maxed out without ALOT of work. Enjoy that badboy.

You can also measure distance from center of hub to fender and compare to a stock truck

I'm guessing more like 265/75/16 - 31's. I'm not seeing any kind of CMC either. Run that like it is and enjoy until they wear out. That'll give you plenty of time to learn and research more.

285/75r16 is about as big as you can’t go with minor modifications.

I didn’t rub the Cab mount with 285/75r16 KO2. Castor was set to 4.0. Minor front bumper trimming is all I needed to do. Some trucks require a CMC though.

If you want to go bigger a lot of work needs to be done.

I think you're right, looked like a 285 but after looking again that might be a 265 after all.

Thanks everyone for the reply’s. I got out and looked and it’s definitely the biggest I can’t run on it already. I do have another question it’s 16 in rim I have now. I feel like there to small for the truck maybe I’m wrong. Is anyone running an 18?

16’s are what the stock rims are for that truck. Those wheels you got are KMC’s with a fake bead lock. If you go bigger rim, it’ll give you a rougher ride, especially off road. This ain’t the hey I wanna put 20’s on my truck club. I have 17” Methods on order and that’s as big as I really want to go for ride quality and road handling. 18’s are fine but just remember, the bigger the rim, the rougher the ride

People that do a lot of real off roading stick to the 16” or 17” wheel so there’s more rubber in between the wheels and the ground.

18” wheel on a 31” to 33” tire isn’t a good combo if you actually plan on off roading. Not enough rubber between the wheel and ground.
