    Had a short conversation with this guy as I walked up to his window. I’d guess him to be about 20 years old. He inherited it from his grandfather. I suggested not changing a thing about it. He agreed and said that’s his plan. The light turned green and he chugged away.

    But honeycomb wheels are a Pontiac thing. That modern ZL-1 grill is definitely a conversion piece. Hate it or love it, it’ll get them talking. Definitely a sweet build though.

    Actually wheels are designed and manufactured by suppliers. Are you saying you've never put wheels from one car on another with the same bolt pattern and reveled in how much better they look on the different car?

    If not, you must have led a sheltered life. Get out and expand your horizons. Take a chance on something. If a wheel looks good on a car... it looks good on a car.

    Don’t fall off a cliff about it. Of course I have but they are aftermarket designs not what a manufacturer just saying honeycomb wheels are a Pontiac thing. To put them on a Chevy or any other manufacturer is like putting ketchup on a hotdog. ;)

    Putting aftermarket designs on any car is alright in my opinion but not a design from one car manufacturer to another car manufacturer.

    A buddy of mine picked up a cloned Superbird in lime green. Pretty beat up and not the real deal. He flipped it without doing anything to it and made $20K.

    The honeycomb wheels would look really good with the grill theme on that car. You are not obligated to agree.
