    True.

It started with me driving past a dealership ( in my $1200 van ) and thinking "that's a cool looking truck"...

    ...and here I am...

Today's yard sale find, I don't actually have a use for it but for $5...

    KIMG3336.jpg

32 x 17 x 11 deep, heavy wire too, probably started life in food service.

Don't mind the dust in the wagon, running with the windows down all summer does that.

Children don’t need to be separated until 4-5 years. Actually, the young ones don’t end up separated from mom until 1-2years, so you got time. Need an addition?

Grew up same. Had weapons in house until married and kids on the way. 23 years with none. We have them again and one child has concealed carry. Other has no interest, beyond dad’s safety talk and familiarity/handling time at the range. Everybody is different.

An amoir or chiffarobe is likely what you’re referring to. That’s the way they did it in the old days…

So here is a topic for the evening.

As I motor about the countryside blowing dollars out the tailpipe of the wagon I have noticed many "solar farms" popping up in areas that used to be farmland/pasture, they appear startlingly fast too.

    KIMG3335.jpg

Now we all know that our nation has an ever upward spiraling appetite for electricity -- going hand in hand with the population trending  in the same direction.

Obviously we can't discuss the "who" or "why" here without drawing the contribution of (and punishment dealt out by) a moderator in a bad mood :spy: to our quiet little shop.

My question, gentlemen, is how do you feel about the building of these solar farms in your neighborhoods.

Obviously city dwellers who live in people coops will probably have a different point of view than rural dwellers like myself.

I can agree with that, but how would you react to one being built within view of your home?

I think they destroy the beauty of these places. Solar has its place.. on roofs in the cities

I didn’t do any of the body work. I don’t have the patience for that. My brother did most of that and the painting. Dad and I did most of the putting together. Came to us a while ago after someone else took it apart. :annoyed: Was quite the challenge to get everything back in its correct spot.
