I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma 2.7 L that I am looking for a rear end for it’s a base model and a five lug and I’m looking for a rear end because all the dealerships were I live are all on back order for the bearings axles and at this point I just want to replace the whole rear end what would be the best suitable rear end to swap it out “best” of another brand at this point it needs to have the ABS module on either end and speed brake sensors as well which are essentially the same thing ABS

Any axle will work you if you can’t find a 5 lug just get a 6 lug housing and swap the shafts around and weld a spring perch on the bottom. The 6 lug are a lot more plentiful.

you know a Ford Explorer might line up. they were 5x4.5/ 5x114.3 and some came with a factory limited slip differential. but i mean id likely find a 6 lug rear.

Of you were willing to go to the dealer, you might want to give East Coast Gear Supply a call.
I bet they have the parts you need.
