Not to be "that guy" because we're all adults here. One big reason to wear full face or modular helmets can be answered with one simple question. Do you like solid food?

Out for a ride. Stopped at a soccer field park to hide under a tree for a few (humid as f***). And there appears to some kinda frisbee soccer thingy going on. Newer seen or heard of it before.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Is it different than ultimate frisbee?

It’s raining like hell up here. The creek came up 15’ last night. Think I am gonna opt for rolling out on 4 wheels today.

This will make for a fun time in the SxS at the top where there are some big holes!

A pic for fun, on the ride.

    IMG_6202.jpg

passed a VFW with a M60 tank. Had to stop for a pic. and do a little remising of my time in the ARMY. I was not a tanker at all, but spent a little time around the outside of various tracked vehicles in the Military.

Oh yeah… did I say it’s hot and humid as hell! Still a good ride though to clear my noggin.

Sure, but I don't think @Built2Ride is the same way. Start listing bikes, and if he had the budget and space (think Leno's garage) I bet he wants it.

Your correct. The quickest way to Nirvana is thru owning as many different bikes as you can.
Now you know you’re doing it right if you sold some and ended up buying the same ones back. Lol

I have to ride everyday…on something, or else I feel like it was a day wasted. The o my bikes I don’t ride are cruisers, and that is merely that I don’t like the position. I have to have my weight above the balls of my feet or else I don’t feel as though I have complete control.

I have seen many riders out there rippin on cruisers, and it always has amazed me. One of my friends solely rides cruisers and I am impressed how well he keeps up with us.

I don't like the feet forward position either. I didn't know it until I got my current bike, but that was a huge factor in me feeling freaked out in when leaning in a turn. That's part of the draw of the Goldwing Valkyrie for me. Obviously I like the looks, but it also looks like they have a more mid control set up. I'm afraid to ride on for two reasons. First, it's heavy and I would be scared to drop it. Second, 90% sure if I rode it I'd buy it.

My 2014 Sporty 1200 Custom next to my 2019 ACLB. I work downtown and the parking situation is terrible; no parking decks that are free for us employees, so I think I’ll be taking the bike to work on weekends when it’s busier and can park right next to the building. I’d hate for my truck to get sideswiped, which has happened to plenty of guests and coworkers.

Welcome to the forum! The ease of a bike in a parking situation is a big plus that so many non riders don't even know they are missing.

    Nice.
Welcome to TW bro! Enjoy the commute; I always loved the commute on the bike. Would always look over at my helmet and it would just take my mind away.
Sometimes I would wear my helmet in the studio. People
That don’t ride just don’t understand lol
