billstein 5100 notch question

    Getting billstein 5100 shocks installed in the front and rear with OME 2885 springs in the front. I'm not sure how much I should notch it, I have air bags in the rear to level out the back. How much stiffer would the ride be if I just put it on the first notch as opposed to leaving it on 0?
