I like it and I don't like. I like it that it definitely sounds a lot better than with the factory head unit even with the factory speakers and makes it "feel" more modern but I don't like it that the cluster screen lost a lot of its function though I knew that before getting the aftermarket head unit.

Gave it a pretty detailed bath for 3 hours in the morning Texas sun. For how dirty it was, it sure cleans up well!

I love the look and that’s is exactly what I want for my truck. Will you be so kind to share where with me where I can find those steelies and center caps? Thank you in advance.

Unloaded and back to its rake
upload_2023-9-10_10-21-27.jpgupload_2023-9-10_10-22-3.jpgAll 12 pavers unloaded and placed
upload_2023-9-10_10-23-13.jpgNow I can put a Rubbermaid storage shed on there without any critters digging through
I still need more pavers but didn’t want to stress the truck (and my back) on its maiden hauling voyage. That footprint will fit the structure for now and I’ll swing by Blowes on the way home from work this week and pickup some more for the entry

    Tires look awesome.

Re: brakes: I've come from a history of driving tuners with beefed up brakes for aggressive driving and never thought the tacos brakes were that good, even fully stock. Then after I went to 33's I found the stock brakes incredibly inadequate and downright scary. Quickly swapped in the powerstop z23 evolution kit with pads and rotors and they were a little better than stock when hot, but zero bite cold (which is weird because they have tons of bite on every other car I've run them on). I prefer pads with a lot of bite, so I then changed to their z36 pads and now the truck finally feels like it has proper brakes. No noticeable dust on my te's either. Been very happy for the last 6k miles on this setup and multiple times a month I'm glad I upgraded to the z36 pads with all the idiot drivers out here.

Sorry I missed that part. No, the machine sits in the garage like the queen it is. The shed is for patio furniture cushions and hot tub chemicals and whatnot. Shop build is in the works for next year hopefully for the tractor and other crap

Sorry but I do not, I know they are sold on eBay from stock FJs but they aren't cheap in my opinion for what they are. The ones I got were from an early 4R which the front caps were much longer for the auto-hubs. So I cut them down and tig welded them so they are all the same height. They were in rough shape and weld wasn't super pretty but painted all black you can't even tell. 136474.jpg 138928.jpg

I use 40lb softener salt bags, even in my little Corolla. 80 lbs in the trunk goes a long way for the Tankrolla.
