Keep an eye on the wall, the rain water will run down the roof of the shed into your house wall. maybe basement if you have one. I bought out that the roof pitches away from the house. i know they prob didnt have that style in the size you wanted but just a precaution. Id add a lil gutter on your shed lol

This makes me wonder what the holes in the stock skid are for, and the access panel in my RCI engine skid. Aren't those for oil changes without removing the skid? I'm still under 8k miles so I haven't been through that yet.

Target acquired! I chose to stagger them vertically so I could get a better spread.
Thanks, TW, for occupying my Saturday morning. . .

RCI engine skid has 1 always-open hole in the back for the oil-pan-drain. There is a removable panel to access the oil-filter in the front but is covered most of the time to protect the engine from rocks/splashes.

Welcome to TW, and I see you are joining the herd of front-range Colorado Tacoma folks.

You'll be deleting chrome for a while if you become too obsessed with it :). I did the basics in the first couple days of ownership and now I'm doing small things bit by bit.

How many kits for a Taco? I've always done Zaino on vehicles, and it works pretty good. AK though fills those gaps and is sacrificial, that may be a better choice. I got Luna in February and haven't done a full clay/polish yet, but then at 1900 miles I got hit and still haven't agreed with insurance on the repair to the front bumper. I've ben procrastinating, but since I got my carport space back, I should get this done.

Stock AC condensate tube drips directly on the frame and over time can cause rust. Attached a piece of heater hose to the drainage tube with a hose clamp and rerouted the drainage past the frame and down to the ground. There's a sticky post about it around here somewhere.

Removed sway bar to see how the truck will ride this week.
Had my suspension system upgraded to Ironman FCP Stage 2 for about 4k miles. It's time for some comparison test.

Door handle protection plastic stickers. Here in Florida Under The Edge they all seem to grow mold and looks really dirty makes the truck look dirty.

    Thank you.
They are called lean to sheds and it’s what I ordered but got this one instead. Anyway, there’s no basement, and the ground is washed 5/8” rock on top of fabric, and under that there’s a footing drain along the wall (no basement) with ample drainage. I installed it myself when the house got built. I’m fully aware of that back pitch of that side and not happy about the orientation of it but I’ll let it go the winter and prolly move it to the other side of the house and get the intended lean to shed for that location.

    Hey,

I need to dog proof my truck, and I like what you've done. Some info please.

Post up when you get the zaino applied. I used to use their products many moons ago, and when it came to side by side finishes, they stood way out front

They don't chew or scratch. The 'hammock' really just contains the dirt and hair. If you shop around there are others that have flaps that cover the door panels as well. All in all it works well to contain the dirt, hair. Creates storage spaces for stuff in the footwells. Stays in place. Has openings for the seat belt buckles. (We connect a lead that connects to the harness and the buckle.)
