I miss Hasek

 

That was one of my favorite all time hits. Hasek was one of my favorites! Gabo got a flying lesson.

I was at a goalie training camp one summer in the late 90s and I remember the coaches there had a hard time talking about Hasek. His talent was undeniable but his style was so technically "wrong" by the book that they just couldn't get behind the idea of teaching it to young goalies.

 

Soccer players watch that and immediately fall to the floor of their computer looking for a red flag and an ambulance
