Blower speeds

    Has anyone played around with different resistors or blower motors. My blower speed is ok on speed 1, 2 is what i think 1 should be. 3 should be 2. 4 is fine. Has been this way since I bought new in 2014. See no T.S.B's. Cabin filter is changed frequently. Just curious. Everything else works fine.

    2nd gens aren't known for having great A/C systems, mine doesn't blow a ton of air either but it's adequate.
    There is a TSB (#0062-21) for an updated resistor and pigtail but that only addresses the issue with the resistor connector melting causing the blower to only work on high.

    Snug top Rebel, Thule tracks, ditch tracks, Bagged rear suspension, F/R anytime camera, intermittent wiper switch...
    Check the plug in the footwell under the glove box. It’s prone to slagging itself. When fully roasted only high remains.
