I have a 2008 4x4 tacoma manual transmission extended cab. The frame for my truck is completely rusted out discontinued. The truck only has 130k original miles so i wanna figure out something with the frame. Is there any other frame I could use with slight modification? The part number for my truck frame is
    51001-04620

Post pictures of the frame so we can get an idea of how bad it is before throwing out recommendations.

Safe T Caps *may* be an answer, but it really depends on how bad the situation is. So as suggested, pics would help.

Any '05 - '15 frame with your configuration should work.

From reading it looks like a 3rd gen frame would work but you have to use 3rd gen lower control arms.

I wouldn’t think the motor mounts or cross members would be in the right location.
To make it work, I see a welder and measure tape needed at a MINIMUM.

OP, what is your plan for the swap just out of curiosity? Dealer? Independent shop? or DIY? Anything short of DIY likely will not make financial sense due to the labor involved. Weld repair using the Safe-T-Caps may because it is just a repair taht can be done in place. But like noted above, it really depends on the nature of the rot...
