    Dyno numbers came in at 292hp and 315 torque with the 65mm pulley with only 5 pounds of boost,
    Old supercharger maxed out with -- 1.9" pulley with stock ecu and methanol and new 1320 with haltech at 6k feet with 65mm no methanol dyno sheet.

    At this time yes, But one might be able to shave the snout lip down.
    If so a 60mm might be possible adding 1.5 pounds of boost =10-15hp or so
    Magnuson said they might redesign the snout to accommodate smaller pulleys but not sure,

    OR just having a larger lightweight crankshaft pulley would get you much higher gains

    I wished I could afford one of these again. I miss the power my old one had. I just could not get rid of the low RPM pinging. And I live 4 hours away from the nearest shop that was willing to look at it and conduct a tune that would work for me.

    i bought the original super charger for my 1999 4runner when it was new. Stock ecu no 7th injector. just stock. had to switch to premium fuel. rebuilt the nose cone once that's been it. truck has over 300k with the xwife. no pinging, no issues.

    I live at 7000 feet and I ran premium fuel. I had to drive in 4th gear on the highway, 5th gear at highway speeds and climbing the slightest hill would cause it to ping and raise the temperature. But it was fun to drive while it lasted.

    Does this require all the extra crap the original one needed to run correctly?
    7th injector etc, or can you just install it and run it as is?

    Using it a sea level where there is a lot more oxygen and the air is way more dense makes that possible. Whole different ball game at elevation.

    To be fair, the real difference here is the haltech. I'm sure the new SC makes things a little easier, but it's the haltech's ability to manage fuel and timing instead of the OEM ECU or even a 7th injector.

    You never stood a chance if your OEM ECU was managing fuel and timing. That ECU in closed loop was trying to maintain 14.7 afr and that was what was causing your engine to ping.

    It’s designed to have the same output as the old one.
    If your fuel injectors are at 100 percent and fuel pump works at 100 percent you should be fine.
    What I found out is because this supercharger is soo efficient the new superchargers duty cycle on the injectors has dropped significantly.
    My old supercharger my injectors were at 95-100 percent, the new supercharger the duty cycle is only at 70-75 percent.
    This is huge,
