CEL came on after mudding

    My CEL came on yesterday on my way home from work. I was mudding on sunday and i got her stuck in a pit. The water/mud was up to my step bar for around 30 min before someone pulled me out. I got it scanned today and i was told my system was running lean. The code is P0171. I did some research and it really could be a number of things. Wondering if anyone was encountered the same problem?

    Clean the MAF first and change your air filter.

    same thing happened to be but vibrations loosened the clip for the maf sensor. I cleaned it and snapped it back in. :cool:

    Yup just playing in the mud, found a pit, didn't realize how deep it was. And in i went:eek: I really hope it wasnt the 02 sensors because i just replaced them and the code is different this time. The guy who did the scan thinks it could be dirty injectors, a vacuum leak, or MAF sensor. Maybe i ripped off a line??
