yeah I checked a while ago and the side to side movement is some 500% less than a panhard with the "bigger" travel numbers

If you can't keep the tank it might be smarter to go triangulated 4 link and lose the watts/panhard entirely. But honestly the watts and whats essentially a 3 link is perfect if you already have a plan for what your max travel will be. I'd shoot to keep the tank or a lot of the benefits of a 3 link no longer outweigh the costs.

Well if you do it yourself, just know there's a shit ton of guides on how-to

Always helps to watch a video or go through a walk through thread before getting into it

And worst case you run into a hiccup and either A. You get the exact advice you need to fix your situation or B. Someone nearby heads out to help you

The plus side is you have your girlfriends vehicle in case you're at a standstill and forget something

We had a wonderful Japanese specialty shop, then they partnered with NAPA. Not allowed to accept customers parts after that. I used to see great old Hilux pickups and Cruisers as well as tuner cars in there, not so much now. I used to go back and get my state inspection there but the local Toyota dealer does it for free, so

I mean...have a little confidence in yourself. Worst case scenario is you try, somehow screw up, then get it towed to a shop anyway. But I doubt you'd mess up so bad that you couldn't go back a few steps and correct.

I always think of this stuff like Legos. Every part has a home and there's a method for every step. Go slow, take photos on your phone for reference, watch videos, print out guides.

Sounds doable, seen some pretty neat watts spindles with relief cuts so they can twist further without contacting the spindle mount. Lets get to the slightly more interesting part, how are you going to control the valve solenoids on the Foxes, sounds like the ford systems uses more than a few accelerometers, speed inputs, and suspension travel inputs.

@Speedytech7 were you the only one that wanted that keyboard I was offering?

It'd just be convenient to toss it in with your mac stuff.

Looks like I can make an L- shaped connector to keep the tank pretty easily, but the exhaust packaging becomes a difficult lemon difficult

Oh I had thought @01x4 had taken you up on it actually, that's why I didn't ask. If he doesn't then absolutely, be great to replace the rubber dome thing I use at work. Maybe more coworkers will leave the office if I'm clicking and clacking away haha

I know Timmy the toolman kinda made a fool of himself earlier this year, but I did listen to his video to get an idea of what it entails. I could see myself getting hung up on a few steps, like where I’d have to remove my diff drop kit to get the long bolt out.

Oh, okay I always thought those were for integrating with the existing components in an older raptor not for standalone. Be really cool to see something like this in use, especially because valving it could be a bit tricky without secondaries anyway. But excellent for packaging

Just going by what I last recall, and mainly cause I want to get your PC packaged up.

Got some heavy bubble wrap with my package just now.

If I could get my hands on the Bronco Raptor Rear Shock for cheap (I got the full set of Raptor shocks for $1100), that would solve my problem.
