    Little flexy.

Can't wait to see what 63s and 14 inch shocks will do. 37s are going to take a little massaging tho.

How far negative do your leafs go at full bump?
I have my bump set for just a little bit past flat, but my 35s dont go up into the rear fender as far as yours when flexed out.

Probably about an inch and a half. You can see it here.

    20230910_130737.jpg

When I originally set up the shocks and bumps I had them set to bump just before they flattened out. But I moved my upper shock mounts and bumps up a couple months ago.

    Keeping it running
Trying to see if I can stop the pin hole leaks in this rear diff cover with some JB weld.

this is a photo before I used stickweld and primed and painted the cover.

Only 4 in the cluster. There are more if you do the ac panel, gear shifter etc.

I used #194’s in my gauge cluster. Neo wedge 4mm for the HVAC unit & #74’s for the glove box, & auto gear shifter light.
Never heard of #74’s for the gauge cluster. These were for my 04 Tacoma

After telling myself "no more truck projects for a month" seeing your cluster I went ahead and ordered the lights.

Uhh I think 2 neo wedge bulbs in ac and 1 74 bulb in gear shifter for auto but you should double check that with the internet.

    Getting closer.

Mocked it up to check if everything is where I want it, before I take it to the shop for final welding on the flanges and perches.

Updated my dash mount, that I use for my GPS, rear view camera display, and my wireless charging phone mount.

For added structure, I cut, drilled, and tapped an aluminum plate to sandwich the dash plastic.
    upload_2023-9-12_20-55-34.jpg

I drilled out the dash and painstakingly got all the M5 screws installed.
    upload_2023-9-12_20-56-21.jpg

    Should provide some improved flexibility.
