Who is interested in forming a group buy for some 3rd Gen 2.7L Tacoma polyurethane motor mounts?

I talked to Nicholas over at MarTec Engineering and asked if he's interested in fabbing up some poly mounts for the 2TR-FE. He said he's down to make some if at least 10 people are buying. I'm in for a set. Serious buyers only! The V6 mounts on his site go for $165 so I'm assuming it's going to be around that price, maybe a little more cause theres less demand for the 4 cylinders. I'm hoping to get a better price estimate once we get some deticated buyers. Please spread the word to any other 2.7L owners you know who will be serious about the group buy, thanks guys.

    Who's in?!

    Why polyurethane?

Not being a smartass, just want to know. I'm ignorant of this topic.

theres a lot of pros and cons depending on which part of the vehicle you are changing out to poly bushings and also depending on what application you are using your vehicle for, example offroading vs racing on a track. theres a lot of youtube video explains these numerous amount of applications. In most offroad applications, people will change out their rubber engine mounts to poly because of the excess engine movement during going over bumps, rocks, crawling, etc. This aggressive movement of the engine and driveline literally tears up the rubber bushings causing early failure. Poly bushings can take that excess movement way better at the expense of more vibrations because it is a more solid material. You might feel more vibration when stopped and see it disappear when the engine is turning some RPM's. For my application, I want less driveline flex when cornering. The driveline will have less of a sloppy feeling and I will feel more connected to the truck and road.
