got my 2nd set of lights today cant wait to put them on

 

Niiice. I emailed him a couple days ago for an update, with a response saying "you were the one who had the issue with paypal, right?"

I sent my payment 3 days late, because paypal wouldn't authorize my account, I told him about it and he said it was fine.

I emailed him back, asking for an update again, and haven't received anything in response...

Blah.

 

Still waiting... They where supposed to be shipped last Thursday, haven't received them.

Jus texted him, he said he jus sent out 3 sets today, ima get on his case about emails

It's not your fault man. He's the one that's not keeping us in the loop. You set this up, and the end result is gonna be awesome, and I thank you for that.

Still no reply. Talk about shit customer service... get serious.... I'd like an update... If he "still" doesn't have my parts, I'm asking for a refund. This whole avoidance thing is kinda irresponsible and inconsiderate.

Talked to the vendor and he says he is really sorry. He said he didn't get an email. He asked if he could get your email and he will get in contact with you

I'm thinking of asking for an upgrade on my one set of 500's to 700's since this is taking WAY TO LONG. Lets see how this goes

Been talking with the vendor. He is very sorry for the wait, ect. I have to say once in contact with him, he is a great guy to deal with. His quality of work is great, prices are great... just had a buisness problem not caused by him. vey understandable.

He is offering compensation for the delay's.

I would do buisness again and/or reccomend him to a friend.

 

I got the email today for compensation for the wait, but I got my order from him. Soo do I still get compensation? Cuz that would be very nice.

 

Sounds (again) like my lights will be shipped out this week. I'm sure they will be this time.
