The master bathroom in our house was warmer than the rest of the house and the bathroom fan didn't do anything. After investigating, the bathroom fan was vented and ran to the eave of the house, where the only solid piece of soffit was covering the pipe.

The air duct comes through the bottom of the cabinet so I took the vent cover off the other day only to realize the boot had fallen out and was cooling the underneath of the house so I went under there and got that fixed. That was on a Saturday night after I had taken a shower, only to take another one 45 minutes later

 

Marketplace it for $500.

Just how did you pay for the pump? I would look at that first .

How any company would process a order without payment is strange.

Nothing like a charge next month your not planning on.

Trying to deal with Amazon Customer service is like speaking to a rock from a different planet.

I have not been in the at exact boat. However if you're absolutely sure you didn't get billed for it, I think by law you can keep it. But if you want to be honest you probably can still find it on your order page, I know from making previous returns there is an option for returning something you didn't order, no refund needed.

 

Unplug it and pop the back off.. usually a dozen screws.. you'd be surprised how much can be in there. a shop vac helps

 

Paid for it with credit card, it showed pending for about 6 days then went away. The order is no longer on our Amazon account. When they sent something saying it had been canceled I ask how to get it returned, no response.

 

It sure looks like you have a Hydraulic pump!!

You must Have some use for it??

I would wait it out for a couple more weeks. Just because the pending charges dropped from your CC doesn't mean the charge can't go through later. You might try opening a chat with Amazon customer service. They'll probably be in India, but most of them can type English better than they can speak it.

 

I'm sure I'll need it eventually, it fits either side of both of our zero turns which leads to another awesome story

A couple months ago a guy I know told me he wanted to sell his Hustler Super Z with 60" deck and vacuum system. I said how much, he said the motor was locked up and I could have it. I felt bad about that so I did a welding job for him and we traded it out.

I went and winched it on the trailer a couple weeks ago and brought it home. Cole ask how I was going to move it, I said I don't know.

I remember from back in the old fire department days "try before you pry" so I put the battery charger on it after checking to make sure both tanks were almost full of gas

After charging the battery for a few minutes I turned the key and it started so I drove it in the shop after mowing a little with it.

The left side pump was weak, it would barely pull a hill.

I ordered the $693 pump the next morning and got to reading about the pressure relief valve may be loose.

I canceled the pump order and went home and checked the screw, it was loose. Simple fix.

Cole was mowing with it the other day and the engine started to run away, I guess the governor came loose, got to fix that now.

 

I think that is who I sent the message through Monday, haven't heard back from them either.

 

New one in place didn’t attempt to fix old, patched it couple times.Wanted to shoot it in place but then would have to fix more stuff

 

Enjoy the pump! You tried. I currently have an extra five gallon gas can, still in the box, because I ordered one and they sent two. I tried to return it, no response either.

 

My wife once ordered an outdoor chaise lounge that they had trouble getting delivered because it was too big. They said it was going to be delivered but it wasn't. My wife went back and forth with them about how their web site said it could be delivered so why wasn't it? Long story short, the whole ordeal went around and around until after hours on the phone she ended up with the chaise lounge, her initial purchase price refunded, and they then gave her the money she would have spent on the chaise lounge for her troubles. So not only did she get the lounge free, they actually paid her to keep it.

 

There's definitely a calculation of purchase price÷return shipping÷handling equation where Amz just says ehh we'll eat that. For them not to acknowledge is odd. Document and protect yourself, always.

 

...so that's where my Hydrogear pump ended up...
