Does anybody happen to have a list/some info on what steering wheel airbags are compatible with first gens for wheel swaps?

I guess he didn't specify what "stock" thing he was talking about, maybe he meant stock headlights

That's the biggest reason why the software was developed the way it was; the in-game controls are very clunky, allowing for poor optimization.

You can set a "range" on your physical axis that will translate over to a specified logical range in your OS. You can set those ranges as separate buttons across your axis. You can add buffers and even delays as you traverse said axis. I haven't even gotten into any of that but it's supposed to work amazingly well in games where you need those adjustments like DCS and more.

So far I have my alternator and starter on toggles not to mention magneto/start on my stationary switches for starting and stopping.

I'll be adding my fuel trims but later on as I want to focus on one plane (the Cessna) and go from there.

I haven't checked; been too much fun fumbling with my new throttle

Can't wait to get it dialed in and make a sit-in setup for it in the future; you might not even leave my house next time you stop by :bananadead:

Yeah, you can meet some real pieces of crap on this forum.

I mean, he said his job got a letter, but how do we know that the letter exists IE did his boss or HR show him the letter?

Still, I can believe it happening.

To try and ruin someone's reputation like that over a forum is lower than low and you'd have to be a piece of shit to do it.

    Oops sorry Critter

Someone semi-local (PA area) sent a letter to his job saying he's on his phone too much; to add to context they're here on TW cause the forum was mentioned

If it gets in the way of your job, or health and safety then sure get off of it

But what he does at work or his personal time is his business

I did have a guy I flipped an old Acura to a few years ago find my workplace via Facebook and call to harass them when it broke down...SEVEN months later. Was working in the automotive field at the time. Head of the location (much less politely) told him to go screw himself & that they didn't care. Not the same situation obviously but people will take crap way, way, way too far when - most frequently - they're the person in the wrong.

    Absolutely.

People are just weird in general, which is why I hate most of them

If you're in my circle, that means a lot

I'm guessing that guy "assumed" you would've made sure it was running like a top since you were in the automotive business?

People like to come up with their assumptions about the dumbest shit.

    @tacobacowv

You just reminded me of when I sold my Frontier.

Had a Nissan Frontier I was getting rid of, extra truck. Thing is I worked at a dealership so I worked tons of hours.

Buyer (and his uncle and a friend or family member) show up to check it out. Mind you we just said he mostly wanted to just buy it and I only agreed to meet cause he didn't mention price at all before checking it out.

All checks out, and he says he'll give me 5k or whatever he offered and I said No. You can leave cause I said not a penny less than asking. Then he asks if he can get an oil change or if I can just discount it cause we have so many cars, etc

Even though I had the title in my hand with my name on it, just cause he met up with me at my work, he thought he could wheel and deal as if he was buying from a dealership. Even asked if I'd offer free warranty for a few months.

Told him to leave or pay my asking; sold it for asking and never saw him again.

Their assumption was that I would pay/put a new transmission in the 17 year old car I sold them AS-IS, WHERE IS 7 months prior for $3,100 -- that they had put 14,700+ miles on in that time without any proof of maintenance. When I refused to comply with their insane demand, they tried to get the state AG involved, who also said 'lol, nice try', so they followed that up with harassing my employer about me being a 'scammer'. I made a point to explain & show the situation to them, and they took action against the couple themselves. They didn't realize that calling a place of business 100+ times a day, all day long, and threatening to assault unrelated employees is verboten. They understood it wasn't my fault, didn't reprimand me or anything. Before and after that I have never dealt with somebody even close to that nuts, let alone a pair.
