Date Tacoma Truck Reviews & Test Drives

2024 Tacoma with standard motor (turbocharged 2.4-liter) starts production in December. The 2.4-litre Hybrid i-Force Max, which will take center stage in April 2024. Those dates seemed to be locked in, with little chance of push back.

Pricing for both trucks along with various trims should come out this month or next. So my question is when will we be able to see performance reviews and test drives for the 2.4 liter and hybrid?

Are we talking December for lower powered motor and then April 2024 for hybrid, or can we expect something sooner? Most car/truck manufacturers allow vehicle reviews (on road) before production dates/roll out dates. So anyone think we might see test drive reviews say Oct/Nov. for turbocharged 2.4 and then Feb./March 2024 for hybrid?

 

Look for Toyota to announce pricing on all trims level end of September. Reviews, test drive reviews for turbo in October. Hybrid goes live (reviews) Late January 2024.

I dont know , but when is the toyota stout coming out?

 

They haven't even confirmed that they are even making one, I suspect they will at some point but probably not for several years into the future.

Agree, it will probably happen but it’s a couple years out at least. Next one to drop will probably be the 4 runner update.
