    But why did it blow?
    Maybe it was a fluke?
    Let’s hope so….l.l.

May want to keep a spare or 2 in case it blows again in an inconvenient location, if it does we are gona have to find where the short is.

Hey y’all I’m back unfortunately! No issues since the original fix until today it decided to blow two of the 50a fmx fuses in the am1 location. Any idea where I should be looking for shorts? Thanks!

    50A AM1 Starting Circuit.

Did it blow when attempting to start the truck or after it was started?

If it is an Automatic Transmission It goes through the 7.5 amp Start Fuse, Park / Neutral Position Switch and the Starter Relay Coil Side to ground.

If Manual Trans it goes through 10 Amp IG1 NO2 Fuse, Clutch Start Cancel Switch, Start Relay Coil Side, to ground.

The AM1 fuse goes from the fuse box to the ignition switch.
The White/Blue wire is the one coming from AM1. (Top wire in diagram)
I’d pull the fuse and wiggle around on the ignition switch with the key.

I'd bet that White/Blue wire going from the AM1 fuse to the Ignition Switch is shorting out somewhere, I'd examine the harness from the underhood fuse box to the interior closely for any spot it may be rubbing on a bracket or something.
