Nothing worse then going to a job when you really no longer want to be there.

Well post trip last night I found a screw in my trailer tire. Waited for them to tell me what to do because if I make a decision it will be wrong. Pulled the screw this morning, instant air leak. Hooked up to a tandem axle rental trailer we have on site. It has a flat, lol. But it has the auto air system so it aired up. Can't haul much but I'll be rolling.

Morning y'all foggy out this morning, but walking anyways trying to heal still.
I do have to say when I worked for my former employer, working for a big company if I had a tire issue send message to corporate breakdown and they sent someone out that night.
But I understand about the wrong decision.

Really have enjoyed driving these Pete's! Probably the best shifting ones we've had on the lot

120VAC AC unit exhaust out of the Cab It might also have a heat option.

Not even a house on that truck.

Far Cheaper to run a Diesel Generator then the truck engine . All the comforts of Home Refrigerator, Microwave etc.

One does tend to sit lots of hours hauling Over Weight permit loads.

Does that even pay good anymore for all the down time sitting.

As long as they still hold air for the sale or stay inflated long enough that is why they are on there.

Or it's one of my company truck tires!
They put 32k in a 12 foot space right over my rear axle and they want to know why it caused the tire to get hot and loose air? Why didn't you tell us this yesterday was the statement. Well it wasn't a problem yesterday, or this morning during the pre trip, but it's a problem now with 32,000 right over the rear axle! I should have just driven it until it shredded. It just amazes me how they are always trying to put it on the driver.20230914_103126.jpg

The new motto is it is always someone else`s fault .

Never accept responsibility for your actions unless it is to your benefit and can undermine someone else.

Well I got the heavy load off, picked up another heavy load. Went to penske to get air for the tire and they won't put air in a tire if it's below 70psi. So now here I sit at a penske service center waiting for a roadside tire company to come and change the tire. The cheap ass logic of this company is just mind boggling.
