Good morning. @Oldie2007 I was surprised at the number of bent cooling fins on the cylinders. This morning is a 7am appointment with the eye doctor. Supposed to be a 3-hour appointment.

Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! No "official" rain, but everything is wet this morning. Or at least very damp. I may squeeze mowing in, or it may wait. Supposed to get real rain late today, and tomorrow, but everything promised has come up just short of us!

@95SLE , remember - this was donated from a junkyard, and they had no idea how long it had been out there. It's frozen as can be, has stuff growing inside, and I'm just trying to get it a point where we can clean and paint for a display.

Did the yearly hedge trimming and clean up this morning, then picked up the blower motor from the repair shop this afternoon, he said the thermostat went bad in the variable speed switch ????, he cleaned it up and installed a new switch and it's good as new for $119.00, think I need to find out where to get those switches, then after a short nap I bolted it back on the coal stove, so now that little project is done.

AH HA! Was thinking about thermostat, I may have misunderstood him, he may have said rheostat, that would make a whole lot more sense.
