4th Gen Tacoma (2024+)

This pic is probably the worst view I've seen, looks very cartoonish and exaggerated (to me). It actually looks like a photoshop of 3 different trucks to me; BUT, it just goes to show different folks have different preferences, and while I may not like the look (for now), I know tons will. And thats all that matters at the end of the day.

The ones in Hawaii had 33s. This looks like you can stuff more. That silly faux chrome lower front bumper can be chopped off for a bumper winch. Add an Alucab and RTT and it is mine.

To get us back off topic, I wonder how much the new Tacoma, Colorado, and Canyon will destroy the Nissan Frontier sales? I don't see many of them on the roads now. I see more new Colorados than any Frontier model

 

I see more Frontiers. People that buy Chevy get full sized trucks here.

 

See them here and there, sure the holdouts will keep them going, but for how long?

GMs sure are sharp looking, seeing more and more everyday. Bummer only one cab configuration. Not that it matters…

 

Well I called a dealer in a province 2 hrs ago just to see if a 24 offroad comes in that's not spoken for if they could call me. Anyways I send them a bunch of pics and my vin. They came back with 33cdn trade so about 38 total. Payments then would be like 650 for 5 years. The exact same truck and miles as mine pro Calvary blue. At another dealer 2 hrs away away and they were asking 46900 this is only a few weeks ago. So I will try to sell it privately. Mind you with the ew Land cruiser coming out who knows.

 

I just saw that Nissan introduced a new 'retro' edition to their Frontier. Not a bad looking truck, it just never appealed to me.

Yeah man, the new bodies on the GMs are sharp. I like the trail boss version. Odd they don't have fog lights and some light controls on in the head unit

 

The long bed from that angle makes the grill look too small! It will be interesting to see if Toyota does a 4Runner in that wheelbase.

 

The last 40+ pages have been posts with photos of every truck under the sun other than a Tacoma, no need to apologize.

 

Manual seat feels exactly the same as the powerseat to me. I think you could firm up the seat on the powerseat in the XLT. I see Ford discontinued the 8' bed super crew. They'll probably sell more Super Duty as a result.

 

Toyota should have looked into longer doors on the XC.

 

Speaking of the new Tacomas, has anyone ran across this video yet? This was pretty cool to watch and see some good detail of the interior, and hear them think through some design ideas.
