Yeah, they are packing them in nowadays. I sold off a 3-acre lot a few years ago. They packed in 17 luxury patio homes -- basically with no yards. Just a little grass out front.

You can't lose interest until it's just barely usable lol

Also you can argue it was never usable with that round bowl toilet. The offcial toilet of "we have to put a fixture here but we only have $2"

Omg I knowww on the toilet.. But it's $200 for an oval and there's nothing wrong with this one other than its terrible genetics

But technically I can shower myself (and everything else) lol so that should count

pulled the bed floor out of the crawler to add another cross member for a second propane tank mount but got side tracked and decided I wanted to add a muffler.

I just redid the exhaust with only a resonator since that's all the local exhaust place had but it was waaaay too loud... a buddy suggested the Thrush hush so I threw one in. Hopefully some of the packing breaks in and it mellows out, it's actually very quiet.

And after that detour I welded in the cross member I was originally planning on and drilled it for the tank mounts before calling it a night

They never come down into our neighborhood, we live a couple blocks below Foothill Blvd which is a pretty busy street. I always walk Dex above Foothill at night because it's uphill and it tires him out, that's where we see all this wildlife. Deer and bears mostly.

Except for the peacocks and coyotes, those fuckers are everywhere

Toyota off-road capable vehicle prices will increase as a result of the UAW strike on Bronco, Jeep, and GM trucks.

The United Auto Workers went on strike early Friday at Ford Motor Co.'s Bronco plant in Wayne, Stellantis NV's Jeep Wrangler plant in Toledo and a General Motor Co. plant in Missouri as a deadline set by the union to reach new contracts expired.

So I failed to sell my suspension and tires on Craigslist. I could list the suspension here but I'm curious if it's even worth it to list the tires here? Seem like big pain in the ass to ship five 315/75/16. Or is market place the way to go and I need to make a Facebook? I figured a set of 5 35s for $500 would've sold quick. Hell one of the tires is brand new for a spare.
