    Back to the new to me chiropractor today . He looked at all my MRIs and said I’m a mess :eek::rofl:. If he only knew :D. My initial visit was an hour long . Told I need a lot of work :annoyed: pretty sore from cutting that firewood yesterday also . Dr say 2-3 times a week for adjusting . I hope it helps .


    Not supposed to lift more than 20 pounds because of the eyes and aorta but whose gonna do it if I don’t :notsure:

    You have to find a good one . This is my fourth . The third guy was good but my insurance changed and he is out of network :(
    Another chiropractor I went to about 6 times barely touched me so I never went back . ​
