That's what I am saying. Land Cruiser is like mix of 4runner,Seq,Tundra , Lexus LX
( it can tow as much as Tundra without wiggling tail xD ) , and centurion. That car is a tank, I swear. We used to drive with it in mountains not giving single F, driving over rocks, mud, even crossing rivers while having all the luxury inside. Its big enough , safe , capable enough for family.

In some EU/ASIA/AFRICA countries government/military uses those cars rather than armored vehicles, diesel ones just keep driving and never stop.

I think the reason why they do not have it here is the production and maybe some laws...

Like Tacoma and 4runner are already hard to find, you will go to dealership and its likely there is none left.. besides market is here is different, it needs to be compatible with apple car play, different emissions, different customers .. Especially people who buy cars just because of plastic looks.

You can go and see how much used land cruisers cost, over 300K miles and 15+ years, its insane. These cars would cost a lot for Toyota to manufacture them here.

I for sure know 4runners are still made in Japan, so imagine 4runner with big V8 or diesel, add that price + luxury and capability land cruiser offers.

It would top Sequoia price, but again IT IS BETTER THAN Sequoia and definitely better than whatever that new car is.

If you once have luck to drive that car, trust me that you will never want to drive any other Toyota ever.

Sans the snorkel it looks good to me. Imo the only Tacomas that don’t age well are painted quicksand.

Two more views. Definitely like it more without the roof and bed racks.

Pretty much is, wheelbase and track isn’t too far off from this.

Looks more like a Silverado than the Tundra.

Very interesting, it looks that way. Kind of a bummer, but at least the manual seats have height adjustment and electric lumbar from this vid.

I was recently up close with one. It doesn't seem any larger than my 3rd Gen. The track may be a bit wider, but length seemed the same. Feels like the bed is a bit shorter.
You can definitely tell they paid attention to the after market and probably these forums in the styling. Front end still has the separation to allow a hybrid bumper. Built in light bar. It basically already has a viper cut. The rear of the bed is ready for high clearance. The rock sliders looked legit, not just steps. I liked the steel rear bumper that still incorporates the BSM... I don't know why no one can do that for the 3rd Gen.
I'm already planning on this being my next truck. Probably 2025+, after its had a year or so to shake out. Or if they offer it in yellow, whichever comes first.

Wow...That's 10 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Turn the sound off, the visuals are OK. That guy needs way less coffee.

Short (me) version: nice looking truck, not going to make me want to trade my 3rd Gen, but the OR is looking "OK."

$152K AUD or about $102K US i.e. a bit more than the LX600, which is the North American equivalent of the J300 Land Cruiser.

No, J300 Land Cruiser. Basically our Sequoia without hybrid powertrain.

10spd auto in that version:pumpkin: He was probably thinking about the Tundra when he said that, all the videos this guy does it's probably hard to keep them all straight.

He also said the Tacoma composite bed started in 2016, but it was 2005.
