    Those two pictures are of the entrance to “The Spillway”, which is the Mississippi River’s overflow controls to protect downriver. What is interesting is the river is so low that there is an exposed large patch of grass between. Those control boards are designed to slightly leak, but allow for controlled openings based on volume.
    Confession: I love spillway dirt. Yea, it’s got all sorts of crazy seeds in it… but it’s also the best soil (thanks Yankees!).

    went to one early on in my spine fusion process - didn't help..
    at some point i started doing dead lifts again - starting with no weight/just doing the physical motion, then dumbells [3#] and working my way up..
    improving core strength is what finally worked for me -
