Mine are under a canopy so water is no problem. I like these D rings over oem and others i looked at... they lay flat when not in use (flush with bed mat.)

Do you happen to have the the original OEM seat covers? If so, are they in good condition? I’m looking to replace my seat covers with OEM. Hoping to do that and replace the foam at the same time.

I checked and there are no open recalls on my truck. Will check out the secondary air injection pump though.

Well it has been a while I finally hit 100k!

I did some sound deadening in the cab floor. Want to do the ceiling but still holding off

This was probably the biggest PITA I’ve experienced with the truck. I swapped out the 7.5 year old suspension up front with all new parts. I worked on it for about 20 hours before I ran into a seized bolt. There was a lot of stress, monster and adult beverages and of course swearing. I had to cut a lot and it was just a big stress ball

These are just covers, so they are placed over the original fabric. Typical of Clazzio. If you want to try to get someone's original fabric, maybe try the Katzkin thread, as that product requires removing the original covers.

Changed the plugs. About 5 years, 36K mi. Old plugs looked OK. In days of yore, I would have cleaned, re gapped and reinstalled them, but I used new plugs.

Spent about 5hrs taking out the rear interior and cleaning everything. I should have taken before pics but I was in it to win it. Previous owner s smoked and had a dog. Got everything wiped down with Lysol cleaner, put the rear head rest and bottom seat covers in the wash. I still have new carpet coming, install my seat covers and remove the headliner to clean. One step at a time and it should be minty.

Cleaned throttle body and MAF.. Very little buildup at all. MAF wires looked shiny to begin with . Expected more buildup after 100,000 KM's.

Picked up a set of new take off rear leafs, shocks, struts and upper control arms. They are off a 2023 trd off road Maybe 50 miles on them. Paid $300 for everything. Not a bad deal to replace wore out stock parts. Very happy!

Good deal. I put those springs, struts and shocks on my 2008, with 40 miles off a 23 Offroad, for $150 and I used a 1/4" top spacer on the driver side. Still nice and level after 1 year. Mine had the recall rear leaf replacement done. Rides like new or better than new. Now looking for take-off rear leaf set for my kids 2012. His are starting to squeak bad and he is tired of spraying wd-40 on them every other day. His originals have nearly 190k miles on them.
