nice. Some of the best tools are homemade. Nice to see that stuff all coming together for you, very impressive what can be done in a garage.

    Here's to hoping!

Maybe I'll be able to cut a set tomorrow after some successful diagnosing.

    Appreciate it!

You know a small dream of mine would be to have my own actual shop, a small one, once Theo is in his teens.

    We'll see.

Actually really gorgeous & cheap. College town with tons do to, minutes from PA & MD, can live 20-30 mins out of the city and not be able to see your neighbors. The state gets a bad rep from the southern area. Prior to here I lived in Los Angeles then Pittsburgh and wouldn't move back to either.

My problem is I spent most of my time there in Huntington. Drug problems are on another level there. None of the populated areas of the southern part were pleasant to me. The nature is nice and it is cheap, just not worth all the other “features” to me.

Also not interested in buying land and still getting run off by some holler people.

Huntington is a dump, I don't even have a defense for that lol. It's sad because it wasn't always like that. Morgantown is a much different environment, I'm closer to Pittsburgh/Columbus/DMV area than I am to Charleston or Huntington. WVU really drives the culture here and keeps things nice. Nobody is running me off, I go weeks without seeing a crackhead even downtown, my son can run around & I don't have to worry about him getting snatched. Big town/little town vibes. I guess it is an acquired taste, but it'd be hard for me to ever leave now. My generation has been priced out of home ownership basically anywhere else I'd consider living.

My rent in LA was $1900/mo for a 1-bedroom. Pittsburgh 1 bedroom $800/mo. A mortgage on a small house here in a great area runs substantially less than either of those.
