Here in Michigan the vehicle needs inspected by the Police department and inspected by a private mechanic. Pretty easy, actually.

The only possibility would be if the owner wrecked it, but didn't have any police involved and didn't put a claim through their insurance. I'd wager there's not many $60 k trucks like that around. Maybe I'd be surprised...

 

Was taking old appliances dish washer and vent fan, picked up some old bed frames and the cutoff scraps from the i beams from my BIL shop build, had my son do the pickings did the hauling and we split the money, ended up with 600lb of scrap, also I picked up all the wire when the electrician was here ended up with 10lb of ends and scrap from him and that payed 1.45 a lb so we ended up with 54 bucks. Gave him 30 I took 24 for dinners at the FD this week. Fun weekend

 

Bad shut off valve. Had to kill the house to get the water line disconnected. I'll deal with the shut off later.

Only way a crossbow is killing a hog that big is if I put it in his eyeball. I don't have a pistol because I came from work and they frown upon firearms. Tight spot.

Owner got drunk trout fishing, tied the boat down poorly and drug it down the pavement for a couple hundred yards.

I've never fixed a canoe before.

My buddy runs his mouth about me building aluminum boats, next thing I know the owner of the fly shop is talking me into trying to fix this canoe.
