Threw a fresh coat of Walrus Oil on this one too..
Maple and Padauk. Guess I'll put this one in the cupboard and use it along with the others.

I hope the recipient fully appreciates that it is not a $19.99 IKEA special.

Hi all. New member here. I'm a professional woodworker in NJ,20230826_124032.jpg 20230805_070651.jpg making furniture and other small items. I specialize in live edge and epoxy work but also make conventional wood projects. I've made a few bartops for restaurants but most of my work is residential.

It's a hardwood so there's that. Some people can be allergic to it, especially the dust. The color of it is AMAZING though.

    This is Padauk and Cherry

That’s a lot of drawer boxes. Always been my least favorite thing to do (over and over again). Even with a jig.

Ribs are always better on a pretty cutting board. Very nice look. (The board too).

Experts! I was given this picture and told this is the color they are looking for. I'm staining a pretty light maple. Guesses?
