1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

Man, so my table has been down but I never really got into troubleshooting it.

Went to my buddy's this morning, mind you he's got his own table, so we're cutting shit on there shooting the shit.

Then it happens, table down. We troubleshooted that MFer for like 2-3 hours until we called it and I came home.

Started diagnosing my own shit.

His issue - this little threaded nylon insert deal was either stripped or cross threaded as it prevented one of the lead screws from turning without significant force. This caused one lead screw to fight with the other when both stepper motors ran causing it to bind. Good thing he figured it out.

My issue - either the VIM box (after some rando online confirms whether the circuit is voltage activated and open, or normally closed) or from my plasma cutter (which I do not have the procedure for checking just yet)

So, there's some positive as we both narrowed down our issues, but now we're both going to be waiting some days until we get parts in.

We have a sound machine thing that also has a dimmable colored light built in, at night we use the red light for her room and then we have it set to change to yellow in the morning when it's ok for her to get up (630am). She's pretty good about not getting up before the yellow light comes on

Lately I've caught her a few a times on the baby monitor at 6:15am sitting on her floor just staring at the sound machine waiting for it to change color lol

Then at 630 on the dot she swings her door wide open

 

Its hard work cooking for a construction company

at first glance I didn't realize that was a headrest mirror and thought she was in the back with the dog

I'd daily the fuck out of something like that

 

It just takes me to the group, not a specific ad but like @treyus30 mentioned, his mom spends as much time at the buffet as Jaxon does on marketplace

 

That would earn me the father of the year award!
