Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

Bought a new to me toy a few months ago, New Holland LX665 turbo. Sometimes Cole lets me run it. It's a 1993 model with 2,500 hours on it. So far it's been a good machine.

 

I probably have a picture somewhere… the one in my drier died. It won’t turn on gas without the continuity/heat. Essentially a flat elongated oval.

 

I'm a little concerned with what that hose does and where it goes...

I haven't visited for awhile either.
Nebraska City, applejack festival this past weekend. Sunday is always the car show and this year didn't disappoint. One of my favorite was this Nash Metropolitan. Old school chevy swapped with 2 four barrel carbonators..

You bet Adam. I always enjoy TW and all that's going on 'round here. Just sometimes get busy or focusing on other things. Right now about to go pull the battery out of the old Husky riding mower, then wash bugs off motorcycle.

 

Yea I'm only really active on my days off now. Working daylight hours now so everything is whack.

 

I look at all that tech flying around overhead & the gear in everyday folks homes to link to it --

We all know the bonehead and indignant people who post here. This group usually ignores and hangs out here, in the normal section. Let's now go far away from trucks. To golf clubs!
35 years ago, I used to be a pretty good athlete and I was good at golf. Life happens and I quit golf, until last year when my son wanted to play. He remembers the trophies I had lol.
Anyway, all my stuff was rusted, dry rotted or outdated. So, I went to a nice golf shop and bought some quality used clubs at a quarter of the price of new. But they needed some love. I had never worked on golf clubs before but hey, how hard can a static member be?
So, I re gripped. I polished. I even bot a regroover tool for my irons for twenty bucks! I have had a blast doing it!
Well, I made a mistake. I asked a few questions on a golf club forum.
You would think I was Oceans 11 or something. I made exactly one post, saw the insane responses and promptly logged out. Seems every forum is the same.

 

Having been a member of another forum for 19 years and a moderator for 13 of them, I can verify this.

We have a good little group here in the shop - which is fortunately located on a quiet back street of TW.

I don't know jack about golf or sports but appreciate good work - post up some of your progress!
