That's a bummer. Curious about this myself. I have seen so many PA plates that look like crap with paint flaking and such. When I got my personalized plate I wanted to protect it so I tried waxing it. Big mistake! First wipe cleared off a section of the blue lettering. I touched it up then cleared the whole thing

 

There is a form that if you get a police officer to sign it doesn't cost anything for the replacement. Not sure if you you can get the same number but am interested if you can find a way.

 

I had my plate replaced using the form and having it signed by a police officer - it's a vanity plate - at no charge. It's been about a year and I'm having the same issue. Whoever coats the plates is using substandard product.

Even with the rain I had here it is all hard fast rain that just flows off. Good for those that pull water from lakes.

We need a few days of light rain that can soak into the ground. Get the water table back up.

 

Well I didn't take the training course cuz my inability to operating a computer. So that happened. Even though I told my boss this. So I missed the course than my boss acts like a child and refused to answer my calls for 3 hours. So I just started my work day like nothing happened

 

Sounds like you not being able to get on the computer is on him then. As a professional trainer I'll say this, if it is known beforehand that an employee does not know how to use technology (or has no access to technology- happens a lot in my industry) that is required for them to take required training, then it falls on the manager to make accommodations for that training. Either by assisting in the access, or providing a non-technology version of the training. Otherwise, that manager doesn't actually really want that training completed.

Yup and threatened me with firing me because of this. Even after I told him yesterday I'm not good with computers. Had the nerve to tell my co. Worker that he doesn't care if I don't know how to use a computer. I just had a huge argument with him. I'm at the point like just fire me ill collect unemployment. Less stressful. I have the worst luck with jobs and shit owners I swear to God.
