I fluid filmed my 2015 Tacoma today. Now I'm reading that the 2013-15 Tacomas did not have the same frame issues the earlier models had. Did I f*ck up?

Nope, right choice. My 2G frame had a hole in it at 11 years old and Toyota got to spend $15K replacing the frame as part of the legal settlement.

You didn’t introduce any problems by applying FF your frame. I trust you put the FF into the inside of the frame rails where able. Enjoy your truck.

    You did a good thing.
    1st - 2nd Gen ….They ALL rust……..

The 3rd Gen is too new.
We are (me) still waiting to see if they rust.
    I’d suspect they will too.

I work at a dealership in the heart of the rust belt. Trust me, the 3rd gens rust just as well as the 2nd gens. Some early 3rd gens are actually covered under the service program.

I sprayed my daughter's 3rd gen the day after I got home from Texas with it. It was going to Minot, ND for the first two years of its life so I thought that initial coating was important. I even spray up into the rockers and doors.
