    The journey sucks!!!
    But we'll have new flooring in all rooms except bathrooms, whole house painted inside (including walls, trim, kitchen cabinets, fireplace, all interior doors), new living room furniture, one new bedroom set, new dining room table and chairs, new door knobs everywhere...we should be around $15k out of pocket (after insurance claim).
