    pre-setup your display, make sure it looks as inviting as possible, label your goods with prices etc. make sure you can accept credit cards etc..

    This is pretty solid advice. I did this for my first show in May and it was very helpful for me.

    I tried to make the point of my first experience learning and enjoyment so the stress of selling wouldn't overshadow my mood. People pick up on that.

    I'll think on it some more and pass along anything else that comes to mind. :)

    Congrats on doing your first show! That's exciting! :woot:

    Best of luck on your first show. If you don't have access to credit card machine, if you do more shows you want to look into a system that works with your tablet like Evet Brite. Might not be worth the money if sales are slow but might just be worth looking into. A lot of people don't carry cash these days.
