Ah, I misunderstood. I thought you were trashing South Shore Bar Pizza, not the abomination I had in NJ. Trashing SSBP is grounds for getting stabby.

 

Haven't tried the pizza there. I typically go for the Vietnamese food when I'm in the area.

You left out St. Louis style pizza. That crap made people leave and risk death by dysentery on the Oregon Trail rather than eat that crime against humanity

Whenever we hit Twin River Casino I always start at Sbarro's

Yup plus we have several Cape Cod Pizza locations close, good problem to have. Or Damien's in Hanson.

That place is pretty good.

Friend of mine got into making homemade bar pizza recently, invited us over for some. You'd never know it wasn't takeout from a place.

 

I’m working my way through all the local places, I think I’m past 15 at this point. I’ve was raised a Lynwood kid. Cape Cod is great don’t get me wrong, but I had Lynwood for the first time at the restaurant since the 90s a few months ago and the nostalgia hit was real.

We had Venus II from Brant Rock for the kiddos birthday party and their bacon hits hard.

Next up on my list is Poopsie’s in Pembroke. I’ve heard it’s incredible so I’m curious how it stacks up.

 

One of the best chains around, I think, is Frank Pepe, friggin’ delicious!

Has anyone gone up to NMW in early october? Any idea what temps I should expect?

I have gone up during labor day and the temps already dipped pretty low at night then.

 

I mean I do it, but it was more for my own use. I can do yours if you want. Im only an hour and a little from you I believe

been a long time, but I’d plan for high 30s low 40s at night. Probably a week or 2 ahead of frost in early Oct.
