Charlie will need to bring his camera and outfits to Tennessee.

I barley even know how to work my iPhone. Just the other day I tried to take a picture and it took like 30 pictures at once.

Sounds like the phone was exploding.

Apparently it has a burst mode or something?

I think I’m getting too old for this newer technology.

@TnShooter can be the zombie, and @Stitchgirl90 and my friend Colleen can be the huntresses! Last year, my boss dressed up as a zombie and one of the female supervisors dressed up as a huntress...

Well that can be debated. It's a Pittsburgh beer. Used to made and bottled in Pittsburgh , 8/09 it moved to Latrobe, think now it maybe back in Pittsburgh. If we ever meet up here in Pittsburgh I'll buy ya an iron.

I'm sure I've flown over Pittsburgh plenty of times while going on vacation, but I'm embarrassed to say I've lived here since July 2005 and I've never been further West than Carlisle; I've driven up to Centralia plenty of times in the last year and a half as you probably know, and drove up to Syracuse for a huge car show in July 2022, but I've never been to Western PA...

    @steelcity2

My truck has been driven as far North as Syracuse, NY and I also drove out to Rochester on that same trip to see my cousin. On the flipside, my truck has only ever been driven as far South as the DC Metro area. That was back in 2010 when it was practically new, and my dad drove it down to Northern VA to visit my grandma and other relatives. As such, my truck has been through Wilmington, Delaware and Baltimore, Maryland; I also drove on the outskirts of NYC when I went to North Jersey to see Tony Soprano's house.

As of September 22nd, 2023 my truck has been to (or through, and that I actually remember) the following locations not including those in PA and NJ...

    Delaware
    • Claymont
    • Wilmington

    Maryland
    • Baltimore

    New York
    • Binghamton
    • Rochester
    • Syracuse

    Virginia
    • Falls Church
    • Springfield
    • Vienna

I would have driven it up to Massachusetts a year ago, if it weren't for the goddamn head gasket fiasco!

Up until about Thanksgiving 2018, the annual mileage I put on my truck was below average; I hit 90K on Thanksgiving Eve while driving a drunk friend home, I hit 100K in mid-July 2019, and I hit 120K on November 3rd, 2020 while driving up to Doylestown to visit some friends were working the polls on election day. My truck is a 2010 on paper (registration, title, VIN, etc) but it was manufactured in August 2009 and purchased new by my dad in September 2009. Carfax said it had 20 miles on the clock when it was first titled. So, in November 2020, my truck was technically 11 years old; 120K miles is about average for a vehicle of that age, and probably low by Toyota truck standards.

I took a lot of roadtrips in 2019, including two trips to spend the weekend at my friend's parent's house in the Poconos, two trips to two different car shows in York, and the Carlisle Truck Nationals; I also drove up to Wilkes-Barre in October 2018 to help my cousin move into her new house and I drove up there again at the end of June 2019 to visit with her. I remember this like it was yesterday; I remember conversing with another 2nd Gen Tacoma owner in the parking lot at the York Expo Center in early June 2019 and telling him that I had just over 98K miles, and I also vividly remember turning over 99K when I was like two miles from my cousin's place. A few days after visiting my cousin, I drove up to the Poconos to spend 4th of July at my friend's parent's house.

I was at 130K in March-April 2021, and 140K when the frame got replaced in November 2021; I am happy to say that most of the last 45K miles or so were accumulated during long roadtrips with lots of highway driving. There is probably going to be another upstate New York trip next July, and possibly a trip to Maine, I expect to be at 200K before the end of 2024!

When l was young my friends Dad worked for the company that made cans for Iron City. He gave me a few flat pieces that were already stamped and didn't have tops or bottoms, wish l had saved them.

If you want a reason to make your way over, you can make a trip to go to Kennywood, it's an amusement park.
