jesus, 3? Man I just swap the disks haha can do it a lot faster than finding the other grinder and bitching at the tangled mess of cords they have become. I just grab it with my hand though, never use tools to torque the disks or flaps off.

Yeah I don't use the tools either, just a gloved hand, but if I'm working on something having two of the grinders right there for cut and flap is quick. I don't have to worry about finding my grinders, that's another problem entirely.

    Me at the tire shop.

Sales person: Would you like to purchase road hazard for your new tires?
Me: I don't know? how much is it?
    Sales person: $24.95
    Me: Sure why not.
Sales person: O.K. sir that will be $104.51
Me: Wait didn't you say it was $24.95????
Sales person: Yes sir! That's $24.95 ea. for 4 tires.
Me: Why the hell would I want to purchase RH for 4 tires? (What's the chances that all 4 tires will get damaged?)
Sales person: Well what were you thinking??
Me: I want RH for only one tire.
Sales person: Which tire did you want RH for???
Me: The one that gets the damage!
Sales person: Well you would need to specify which tire.
Me: O.K. Make it the right rear! Because no matter which tire gets damaged, when I bring the truck in it will be the "Right Rear"!
Sales person: sir you can't do that.
    Me: Why??
Sales person: well we will record the serial number of the tire and that will be the tire with the coverage!
Me: Good Luck! Because tires don't come with individual serial numbers!
Sales person: Well then we can't sell you the RH insurance.
Me: Then why the hell did you quote me a price of $24.95?!

I think the sales person needed the day off after that one. LMAO!

Yup, just some Denso IK22, can get em pretty decent price on RockAuto. They're 2 steps colder so lowered chance of detonation. They seem to do well.

Fitting them is a challenge. Remflex setup uses an individual gasket for each runner that just barely sits in the groove. So that makes it fun. The driver side manifold is a jigsaw puzzle to fit in the hole it goes. These things are one of the hardest things I’ve installed in a car for sure

They are talking about the DOT serial number, but that's not specific to each tire, just to that exact day.
Kind of a half ass serial number, I guess.
No tire comes with an individual serial number, and they will always try to sell you a pair if one is damaged beyond repair, so there's a few gimmicks to the road hazzard deal.
I never sold road hazzard for off road tires.....
Honestly it's pretty unlikely to get a sidewall puncture anyway.
