Yes and little rubber plugs on bottom of rocker panels . Pop them out spray some fluid film or Krown in there

Yea, no it won't; it is like 3 in too wide to sit in between the wheel wells on the Taco.
I haven't moved alot of shit, but I know it can get real messy real fast so I'm not tryin to do that..

Right now the best idea I have is to convince my neighbor to help me - he has a nice low large flat trailer and a big truck to pull it..
I could probably talk him into it but then the question becomes can he/I load it - cause seller says he isn't able to help..

Unloading/moving into my house - I can get help with that but the other parts . . .

 

I keep 300$ squirreled away so I can drive in the green lane!!

Yeah, either that (trailer) or what you mentioned earlier, cuz it ain't a-gonna fit between the wheel wells.
That is, supports to fit the slots in either side of the bed to span the width.
Then plywood over top.

That'll give you about 9-10" between the platform and top of the bed and tailgate.
Cabinet on platform and use the bed rail tie downs.

The crown on the gun cabinet may be held in place with a couple simple steel L brackets and wood screws.
I'm betting it is, in which case a screwdriver will do the job.

One thing, and I promise I'm not being a Debbie Downer, just something to consider.....the locks kinda dont matter because it would be easy to get into. To me they're more for keeping honest hands (and kids) out, not thieves. But its gorgeous and I'm jealous!!

As far as moving it...
I'm pretty much about half-ass redneck so I would angle it in on its side the best I could (glass up, with blanket on bedside to keep scratches off yer truck) run about three straps acrost it and take that heavy bitch to the house. Great find!!
