Hello All! On my 3rd gen Tacoma Trd4x4,I’m experiencing a noticeable vibration on my steering wheel going 75-80mph. I’ve noticed this when I added my roof top tent. I have 2 crossbars that attach to the rail system to support the RTT. I’m running factory tire size 265/70/16. I have bilstein shocks 1.5 lift in front using factory coil spring. Bilstein shocks in rear with 2 add a leafs in rear (not sure on brand). I’ve tried carrier bearing spacer no change. I road forced my tires no change. I’ve torqued u-bolts no change. I made sure my axle shim is facing correct direction. I know threads like these probably get redundant but I couldn’t find anything to solve the issue. Thanks again yall.

    Work in progress...
You noticed it when you added the roof top tent. Take the tent off and if the vibration goes away then you know where to start.

Usually if the tires were already balanced, and not it....you got a bad set of tires.

You stated you added the tent and then noticed the vibration.

The correlation is enough to warrant removing said tent and checking for the vibration.

You know how when you were a kid and you try and hold your hand out the window, there comes a speed where you can't hold it out anymore ?

For the Tacoma with a RTT, it appears to be 75-80mph.

LMAO That’s the best way to describe that.
Even so if the RTT sits flush with the top of the roof ?
