    So when I went on vacation I turned off the water and threw the switch on the breaker to the water heater. I forgot that the breaker also controlled the plug to the garage fridge. When I got back home, threw the breaker back on and fridge won't cool. So I know power will go in the fridge cuz the light comes on. Still won't cool. I pulled the fuse by the compressor. That seems intact. Nothing loose, rattling in it or debris falling out of it. So I kinda figured that the power wasn't getting to the compressor motor so I looked at the 4 pin relay. Figured I would have a look.

    The fridge is a basic 9.8 cubic foot Haier model HA10TG21SW. It was only $300 or so brand new about 3 or 4 years ago. I figures that it would cost more to take it to a small appliance repair place than it was worth but still feel like it could be trouble shot.
