    Hey y’all.

I can’t seem to find a model anywhere on this thing, just the Memphis name.

So, sometimes driving at night, I see a blue light flicker under my seat.

I see the “power - protect” light, but I can never catch it when it does it.

I also just noticed this red LED on the top, which was never there before…

I just got two new fuses, I guess I’ll start there.

It’s not having any problems, I just noticed the light, and then noticed the red LED. Should I be worried, or is there anything you can recommend from this photo?

All I know about the system is I have two subs behind my passenger seats lol.

    thank for anything..

PS - Wouldn’t be opposed to somehow safety “unplugging” and never using it again, so long as it doesn’t mess up the regular radio lol

It says Memphis right on it, so I’d assume it’s Memphis Audio.

That is an amplifier for your speakers or subwoofer. Just leave it. It doesn’t look like it’s connected to anything anyways since it’s missing a terminal, you can even see where it was cut. If you really want to disconnect it pop your hood and disconnect the aftermarket accessory power wire from your battery.

    Thanks!

there is another box, looks a little different, under the passenger seat as well apparently. I know there is an aftermarket knob.. and if I turn it.. the subs kick in. Does that mean it’s still not connected? Sorry if that sounds stupid.

From my viewpoint the wire I circled is cut but from what you just said that’s probably not the case. The thing under the passenger seat is the subwoofer and the knob turns the power up or down. Sounds like you got a fully working subwoofer to compliment your sound system. No need to disconnect as it’s working fine, this system is only on when your truck is on.

    Thank you!

so the occasional blue light flashing, from under my seat, is okay? Just quadruple checking lol.

Yes totally normal. Blue/green lights good. Red lights bad. As long as that aftermarket dial changes the power when you turn it everything is working properly and nothing to worry about.
