Originally started with the factory jack lol. Next iteration had a scissor jack. Last iteration had a 2 stage hydraulic bottle jack. Tried it but never finalized the mounts for it.

If I do it again I’ll build a regular hitch mount out of scrap that I have more than enough of and not try to be fancy like this one.

    I'm pretty flexable. October 14th or 21st?

@Yacob_D if you could make it do you have a preference?

Did my first solo ride this morning, it was a lot of fun. I was out for a little over an hour and covered 15 miles. Had to pass on some fun looking hill climbs though to play it safe.

I used the term trail loosely here as others have said it’s just the service road but the last mile ish has gotten more washed out over the years in comparison to what it used to be :pThe hot spring itself has was destroyed in a storm a while back but I havnt been back in over a year I’m sure it’s been rebuilt / repaired since

Ok thats what I figured. The road in from the West is long and very gnar. Helped a couple with a broken ball joint last time we were there. I havent ever come in from the south/east side but its supposed to be easier/shorter. Only downfall is you cant park/camp right next to the spring if you come from the south/east unless the water is suuuper low and crossable. Maybe someone can repost the vid of that idiot who floated his truck down the river a couple years ago. Last time I was there was April of 2022 and the tub at the spring was still good. Maybe it got destroyed since then? Hopefully its been fixed, its so rad.

Anyone have abnormally small hands and want to come put one 10mm nut on a bedside compressor mount for me?

Fucking ridiculous that I can't get to this nut

Could you possibly get creative with masking tape? I’ve had to tape nuts onto wrenches before to get them started.

Haven't tried that yet, problem I'm running into is reaching up between rear fender and bedside to get the nut to the bolt need about an 18" long 10mm wrench

Drill a large hole in your bedside and then you can use a regular socket and extension. :cookiemonster:

The matching hole. You will have to service/change eventually.

You have to cross the river just south of Horseshoe to get to the bridge/springs from the east side. We tried it a year or so ago and @KingOfTheNorth floated his Runner, so we didnt make it across. Need to go back and try it again.

It was a fucking blast of a trip! Our camping spot was sick too. Other than the group of sxs we saw the first night we werent really bothered by them too much.
    Already done and installed.
