Seems like a decent deal on a Relentless pre runner bumper.

Right, thats exactly why I don't do it. Filtering up to the front when McCarran or Pyramid lights are backed up at rush hour sure would be nice, but since a lot of people know its illegal they like to act like its up to them to enforce the laws and pull shit like that. I'm good, I'll sit for another light cycle and not get in a at-fault crash.

Thats actually my listing so if anyones interested LMK. Came off a customers truck that I bought a few years ago but I swapped it for one of my Hybrid bumpers so I can use it for marketing images.

I've got a bunch of random parts for sale, including some Tacoma suspension stuff and lights, etc. if anyone on here is interested. Cleaning out the garage a bit from clutter on things I've had laying around.

I’m semi in the market for some upper control arms so I can finally do the heavier springs and extra leaf in my pack. Stock upper ball joint angle might be a little iffy if I went higher

Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
Shop recommendations to get a lower balljoint replaced on a '14? I'm short on time through the holidays and I just don't have time to burn a whole Saturday on a "2 hour" job. I believe it IS a 2 hour job for most people, but I inevitably run into the black swan. When I have time, I don't mind (learning is great), but that luxury evades me right now.

Also, are these something that should just be done as a set? P/S is spewing grease, but D/S is dry. For a few bucks more getting them both done is fine.

    I use and trust Ayres.
Had 2 vehicles in with them last week and they did me right.

I'd go to Nates Precision if you don't feel like taking it on yourself.
Ayres could be fine as well, I've used them for many alignments, but last time I brought a truck in there (shop Duramax) they said all of my steering is shot and they couldn't touch any of the alignment without replacing all the steering components to the tune of about $1300. Its only $350 on Rock Auto for all the Moog parts they wanted to use; I felt as though that was a bit of a forced upsell tactic at the time so I haven't gone back, I'll just replace all that stuff myself soon and then pay someone else the $100 alignment.

Another route you could consider vs replacing the ball joints is replacing the entire LCA as it would be easier IMO and then you don't need a press for the ball joint. A complete lower arm on rock auto with a fresh ball joint and bushings is only about $125

Thank you for the suggestions and shop recommendations. It's really a question of time, so doing the LCA swap or pressing out the bad part just aren't on the radar. A lot of work stuff coming up that's going to eat into my personal wrenching time.

My brother @StealYourFace helped me with this rack install the other night at his shop in sparks. It's a victory rack that fit perfect on the camper. Thought I would share the outcome. We are both impressed with the quality. The price was about $200 less than a Prinsu.

    Thanks guys!
Took the day off(mostly) and ran out and did something I've wanted too for a while... Ran Fordyce. Awesome day on the trail, but did get a little body damage on my Gladiator on WH1 when my rear tire slipped on my line. No winching though. River crossings were pretty deep, rolled some water up over the hood on 2 of the crossings

Edit.... no wonder the water crossings seemed pretty deep. I've monitored flow for months and its been a consistent 125, aside from during Sierra Trek they dropped flow to only 30. Well starting this morning they raised flow to 400 and I didn't check since yesterday

Yeah definitely made my Bday memorable. LOL
We got about a half mile from the end of the trail and there were a group of guys hanging out with a camp fire going, was rather breezy and dropped to 45deg with the feeling of rain coming soon. They were waiting on a buddy to bring in a replacement Dana 60 knuckle for one of the guys rigs, they made a comment about the Gladiator and asked how much trail we ran. When I said we'd come all the way up from I80 2 of the guys were like "you did the river crossings in that!?" Not knowing they raised the water flow until I got home, I figure they probably knew and thought I was either dumb or lucky. Either way, I made it through and now know its 'possible' at 400 but I don't think I'll be running it anything over 200-250 in the future. At 125 like the flow was all summer it would have been much less pucker factor. Honestly with Jeep being a 4 letter word around here on a Toyota forum, I do love my Gladiator and the thing continues to impress me more and more the longer I own them. :anonymous:

Jeep may be a 4 letter word around here but for hard wheeling they are head and shoulders above any Toyota. The reason I own a Yota for reliability. Jeeps been hit and miss with that over the decades where Toyota has kept it pretty consistent. I wheel with anyone regardless of what they drive. I've seen way more broken Jeeps then broken Yota's but to be fair there are way more Jeeps on hard trails then Yota's and I've broken plenty of shit on the IFS front end. lol

I'd rather the silt, I hate mud so much. I will say these tires have really impressed me. When they get cleared they will eat.
